Establish a challenging Hang Snatch + Snatch (hang snatch will be just below the knee, this is not TnG so on the full snatch focus on a strong sweep back off the floor: the purpose and focus on the hang snatch is to allow the bar to get to Position 1 when the torso is perfectly vertical with the heels still down)
B. Establish a 1 RM Handstand Walk for distance
