B.    Sumo Good Morning 105# -Max 10 Minutes
Shortened on warm up with 85# so shut it down
C.    Muscle Up Practice- 10 Minutes
Yes!!!!!!  Got a straight arm MU

    Wall Ball 14# to 10’
    Burpee Box Jump 24”
