400m sprints x7

Sleep:  Good but not enough, 10p-4:45a, nap from 2:30-4p
Food:  coffee with cream early, hard boiled egg, mixed nuts, and apple snack mid morning, lunch buffet at India Garden (salad, chicken, okra and veggies, mid afternoon zone bar, pre graduation (my daughter Dakota) snack at Chai Pani- fried okra and corn salad, dinner at Thai Basil ~9p (I was starving!!!!!) tum yum soup with chicken, salad, and chicken skewers
