Burpee KBS tester - Round 2

Sleep:  11p-7a- uninterrupted
Food:  7a coffee with cream,  post wod shake of refuel and protein, lunch was mixed green salad, brussels sprouts, kale chips, mixed roasted veggies, balsamic dressing, sunflower seeds, and a couple handfuls of popcorn.  Balance bar around 5p, dinner at Homegrown- blackened trout salad with balsamic reduction, side of fruit and sesame greens. Arctic zone ice cream before bed.


3 rounds for time:
25 KBS - 2/1.5 pd
25 burpees

Time to beat from 2/3/12= 9:58

Today- 9:11- hurt significantly less than before- did KB's in sets of 10, 10, 5; all burpees UB.
