Axle FRBSU, dips, and 20 min AMRAP

A1. Axle Front Rack Step Ups 3 x 18 (add load as able: tough)
50, 70, 70
A2. Bar Dips 3 x AMRAP -1
8, 9, 8 strict
B. 20 MIN AMRAP @ 80%
Row 200 meters- changed to run, was so nice out :)
3 Bar Muscle Up- changed to 2, but did 3 last round- had a BMU break through :)
10 Burpee to tall target - Yuck!
