AD recovery work- 13.2 tomorrow

Recovery AD and mobility at 3pm

Airdyne 30 seconds @85%
Airdyne 30 seconds @50%
30-60 min mobility/skill work

200ish cals on AD with 5 minute wu and cool down.  Did this warm up routine from another OPT BD- can be found here.  Loved it!  

DL, PP, and Box Jumps for tomorrow morning... 13.2
