GHDs and BE

Sleep:  Can't remember but has been good lately
Food:  Still eating for sport- feeling a little sick as my toddler has been sick


Workout looked like this:

10 burpees AFAP

 75, 85, 85- elbows are still not high enough
Burpees felt good

8:49- GHD was limiter- did unbroken until last two rounds
