Sleep: 11-7:30 uninterrupted.
Food: 8am coffee with cream, 10:30am large breakfast salad with eggs, EVOO and balsamic, nuts, mixed veggies, bacon, and strawberries, zone bar around 4p, dinner at 5 of grilled chicken, large salad with the above, and cabbage, small square of chocolate, popcorn and arctic ice ice cream snack at 9p.
Training at 2pm
This is my least favorite WOD ever... 150 WB for time (14# ball to 10" target).
It's the 10' target that makes it utterly miserable. Finished in 11:54 and would like to never repeat.
