This looked okay, but I knew it would suck- those KBS were heavy! I was nowhere near 3:15. Finished the first row around 45s but the KBS slowed me down- did sets of 5. Burpees were fine, another 3 x 5 on the KBS and finished row ~60s for a time of 6:12.
Rest day tomorrow.
