Rest Day!

Sleep- 11p-7a uninterrupted
Food- 7a coffee with cream, hard boiled egg, ~5 nuts, and a small apple around 9a, lunch at noon of salad with EVOO and balsamic, nuts, chicken, and mixed veggies, balance bar and decaf dry cappuccino at 4:30, dinner of gf ground beef salad with guacamole, mixed veggies, evoo, and pico, popcorn at 9p



Coaching the 10am and 5:30 and 6:30p classes of DT- should be a great day!
