Sleep: Not enough- 10p-5a
Food: deli turkey, apple and nuts between coaching the 5:30a class and working the floor until 10:30- LONG DAY!- Lunch of shredded pork salad with mixed veggies, balsamic and EVOO, and nuts, dry capp ~5p, dinner of blackened trout over mixed greens with balsamic reduction, grilled apples, sunflower seeds and bacon collards. Popcorn and arctic ice ice cream for late snack.
