Food: 7:30a coffee with cream, hard boiled egg with small apple and few nuts, spinach salad with chicken, nuts and balsamic dressing ~12p, eggs, bacon and nuts for snack around 4p, zone bar at 5p, dinner of Brussels sprouts, roasted turkey, savory slaw and sauerkraut, snack of ice cream before bed :)
Training at 4p then coaching the CFA 5:30 crew- looks like fun!
Didn't get to train until 6:30p and was a little rushed.. but got it done nonetheless...
A. Push Press x 1/Push Jerk x 2/Split Jerk x 2; rest 90 sec x 4
This got ugly quickly- the push jerk was my limiter- who knew. Sets went like this... 85, 95, 100, 105 (F on 2nd push jerk)

B. Clean and Jerk TnG x 10 - game pace; rest 1 min x 3
This was awful- I went too heavy for Rd. 1 (85#) and couldn't do them all unbroken so I did set 2 and 3 at 75#
