Back Squats and Pull ups...

Sleep:  10:30-7a, woke up once around midnight- long nap with Stele from 3-5p
Food:  8a, coffee with a touch of cream, zone bar around noon, lunch big salad with 2 eggs (see photo),  handful of nuts around 4p, dinner of grilled veggies (a little oily), ~2 oz. chicken, ~2 oz steak, small salad with nuts and avocado- arctic zero ice cream before bed with walnuts.

OPT being.



A. back squat - 5,4,3,2,1; rest 5 min

This went surprising well until the end.  115 x 5 wu then:  135x5, 145x4, 150x3, 160x2, 170 F, 165 F done.

B. 20 COVP chin ups; rest 2 min x 4
Only did what I could do unbroken:  14 (video) , 13, 11, 10


C. Run 400 m @ 90%; rest 2 min x 3

With the temperature hoovering around 16 degree with a wind chill at -5, I ran fast and didn't time a thing!  All in all, a good workout.
