Today's training looks good- I really need to work on keeping my elbows high in my clean... coaching point for today. Should get to train around 11am- Those 30" box jumps will be a little tricky.
A. power clean - build to a tough single in a few sets; rest as needed

This was awful... really heavy and my legs felt dead. I stopped at 105 for the clean because it felt like 400 lbs... 14:11 for the wod- used 28" for the box jumps. My right glute is really tight and affecting my deads- will get Corey or Dawn to look at it tomorrow.
