15 min AMRAP with class

Training at 9am

James didn't program for today considering many Dawgs competed in the OPTathlon so I jumped into the 8:30 class wod:

AMRAP in 15 minutes of:
5 power cleans (~60-70% of power clean multi-rep max NTE 155/105lbs)
20 sandbag box step-ups (10/leg alternating legs NTE 75/50lbs )
150m sandbag carry

4 rounds + 5 + 4

Whew- this one was a grinder- the cleans got heavy very quickly.
