Nap from 3-4:30p
Food: 5:30a coffee with cream, 9a soft boiled egg, apple and some almonds, 12:30p coconut and almond milk (unsweetened) protein shake post WOD, 1/2 balance bar (couple of bites of Stele's), ribeye and meatloaf with mixed nuts and popcorn (I know, sucky quick lunch), 7p dinner of HUGE salad with rare steak, mixed veggies, olives, EVOO and red wine vinegar, 8:30 soft boiled egg w/ banana and handful of nuts, arctic zero ice cream before bed :)
Today was hard- not enough sleep and DOMS from the last two day's training- definitely ready for a rest day!
Coached the 9:30am class, worked the ID floor until noon- training looked like this:

5 rounds + 7 box jumps-however after the MU PR on Saturday and the 50 HSPU yesterday I couldn't get one today... So after three rounds of just attempts I started subbing. I alternated 3 ring dips and 3 ring pull ups for each round. My shoulders and traps are sooooooo sore today- and I have shin splints. Awesome. Thank god tomorrow is a rest day!
The box jumps and KBS felt like cake- comparatively...
