TGUs, Thrusters, and Push ups- lots of pushing

Sleep:  10p-4a, nap from 2p-4p
Food:  4:30a coffee with cream, 7a handful of nuts, 9:30a breakfast salad with eggs and bacon, mixed greens, lemon balsamic, mixed nuts, and strawberries.  12p balance bar, 4p small bowl of popcorn, 6p mixed cooked greens and veggies, fried chicken, fruit. 8p soft boiled egg, handful of nuts, and a nectarine.  9:00p arctic zero ice cream.


Coached the 5 and 6am classes, training at 7:30am looked like this:



A. build to a tough 10 unbroken reps per arm with KB TGU - rest as needed b/t sets
TGU- 35# UB  x 10 per side.
B. thruster speed practice - take from ground - like workout start; 5-10 reps/time; rest 1 min x 3-4
Thrusters 55# x 10 23s, 60# x 10 24s, 65# x 10 25s, 70# x7
C. tabata push ups - total
Tabata pushups= 55

Holy shoulders!
No videos- lazy today and workout was short and sweet!
