5K Time trial/ snatching and 50 HSPU!!

Sleep:  10:30p-7:30a- went to sleep with Stele at some point- I think early morning, 6ish?  Anyway, slept well.
Food:  7:30a coffee with cream, 9:30a eggs, sauteed greens, strawberries, and some mixed nuts.  1p Lunch of leftover ribeye, fruit salad and almonds,  balance bar around 3:00p, 7:00 dinner of tenderloin and leftover meatloaf, brussels sprouts, cabbage slaw, and strawberries, arctic ice zero cream ~9p


Much better training day ~ 3:30p- I have had a total shift in perspective regarding training- anyway, it looked like this:



part 1:
Run 5K time trial
22:54, felt good- paced well- 2 minute PR from 1 year ago- recovered quickly



rest 6+ hours- I wish!

rested about 20 minutes


part 2:
A. power snatch - build to a tough double - not a 2RM
75#- I have hit 90 before but not cleanly and not for a double- decided to stop here with good form



B. EMOM power snatch x 7 TnG tough - 5 minutes - try to add weight per minute
55#/55#/60#/65#/65#
C. HSPU - 50 for time


HSPU - 3:30 all kipping, did 23 UB in 1:07- felt really good
