Thrusters and Pullups

Training at 10am

Thruster: 15 minutes to build to a tough triple.
105x1- don't know what SHE has in store for tomorrow so didn't want too push to hard in strength 

AMRAP in 7 minutes of:
7 thrusters (55lbs)
4 pull-ups
10 rounds  + 6 thrusters= 116 reps
