A. Press 10, 8, 6, 4, 2; rest 2 min
55, 60, 65, 70, 75- could have gone heavier, didn't really know where to start
B. Close grip bench press; 2-3x3; rest 2 min
 85, 90, 95 all x 3

3 rounds for max reps @90%:

30 seconds toes to bar
