FS max + Jackie

Training at 10a

A. Front squat - build to a max- 155#, ties PR
B. Build to a NGHP max- 80#

Calculated today my BS goal based on my other strength numbers- should be 235# based on my weighted pull up (which is 155#- BW + 40#), wow that's daunting!  Could be worse, Becca's needs to be 290#!+
