OHS + 10 min amrap Snatch ladder

Training at 10am


A. OHS- build to a max
125#- could have gone heavier but wasn't comfortable with wide grip behind the neck jerk.  Something new to work on.

25 Snatch (75/45)- UB
25 Snatch (115/70)- completed ~4:10 in sets of 5
25 Snatch (155/95)- 16 reps here
25 Snatch (195/110)


made it through 16 snatches at 95#
