"Jerry" for time - 1 mile run, 2K Row, 1 mile run, rest exactly 10 mins then 10 min max rep DUs (performed in sets of 25 UB)
Jerry time was 22:44, 1st mile was 5:59 (HUGE PR)- not sure of row time, but my pace was ~2:20, certainly went out hard on the mile and had a tough time keeping pace.
All in a row!
21 sets of 25 UB DUs in 10 mins for a total of 525. Felt good, feet were burning by the end.
