Anaerobic Alactic Endurance Set + MU and deficit HSPU work

3 Power Cleans & Sprint 15 secs
95#, 100, 105, 110
rest 3:00 mins

(Rest 7 mins between sets)

4 sets @95% of:
3 Power Snatch & AD  15 secs
65#, 70, 75, 80
rest 3:00 mins

(total work time for each sets should be about 20secs - so adjust reps and distance as needed) 




Work on gymnastics skills:  Did some quick work on MU




Training at 4:30p

Odd:  2-  6" deficit HSPU
Even:  1 MU
