B2. 1 Legless rope ascent (can use legs on way down) x 5
Done, albeit challenging- grip was limiter

3 power clean   (95#)
6 push ups
9 squats
1 min rest – 3 rnds
Rd. 1- 3 rds+ 3 PC
Rd. 2- 3 rds + 3 PC + 6 PU
Rd. 3- 4 rds.
