Grip was the limiter- all clean grip
B1. HSPU AMRAP (-1) strict x 5
Felt incredibly weak here. 3, 4, 3, 3, 2- however this is the most strict I have ever done- just seems like so little compared with kipping!
B2. 20 UB COVP chin ups x 4

Snatch single every minute for 10 minutes- increasing weight as you go.
Dumb idea after snatching yesterday- stopped at 5 minutes and 80#-- lesson learned
