Food: 8a coffee with cream, post training protein shake with coconut milk and 1/2 banana, lunch of turkey bacon, eggs and rest of meatball with popcorn and fruit (we really need to go to the grocery store), balance bar at 3p, protein shake with almond milk and banana at 4:30, dinner
Training at 9am and Hot as Hell!!
