Last wod at CF Mousetrap- press, 800m run, 75 OHS, and 100 DU

Strict Press- worked up to 85#

800 m run (3:18)
75 OHS at 55#- 15 then sets of 10
100 DU- broke at 86 because guy behind me hit my rope
