Active Recovery and gymnastics circuit

Training at 10am

AD at Z1 for 50 minutes- get off every 5 minutes and perform the following gymnastics circuit:

10' HS walk
2 / arm KB snatch (20-35#)
1 MU (did non false grip w/ spotter)
2/ leg pistols
10 ghd sit ups
