The first annual Icebreaker Open is bringing together the WNC Fitness communities to raise money for CrossFit Pisgah’sCrossFit Kids Outreach Programs starting in January. The program will be a part of Asheville City Schools Foundations “In Real Life” after school program. We look forward to throwing down together and raising money to help keep the youth of WNC fit & active!
1 – 1st Event (9am – 10:20) – 7 minutes to a 7 RM back squat immediately followed by Max Rep pull-ups in 90 seconds. (Scale max second bent arm hang in 90s)
2- 2nd Event (10:45 – 12:05) – In 10 minutes complete 1250 meter row and 5 burpee slammer over bar and 10 box step-ups with ball
5:20 row and 57 reps
So much fun!
