Sleep: 10p-7a- no arm pain with brace
Food: 7a black coffee, boiled egg, and cashews, lunch ~11:30 of eggs, avocado, EVOO and balsamic vinegar, blackberries, and mixed veggies over a bed of greens (photo), ~4 some roast beef and carrots, dinner at 6p of mixed green salad, chicken curry with mixed veggies, coconut milk, cashews and raisins with some fruit for dessert.
A little nervous and excited about the Bowen Hero WOD tomorrow- those deads are heavy! My plan of action is to do it Rx'd and work solid until the time cap. I doubt I'll finish within 30 minutes, but I'll put in a solid effort!
